Ashtanga - Moving On
Monday 18:30 to 19:45
Following the beginners sessions, this is the perfect way to take your practice to the next stage. It is also appropriate if you have dropped out of Ashtanga and need a gentler practice to get you back to the mat.
The session prepares the body for the full primary series by using a selection of techniques to allow the body to open and strengthen for the main postures of the primary series. After 9 or 10 sessions you will be ready to move on to the Tuesday full primary series
