The session builds through upper body strengthening exercises, leg strengtheners, a twisting sequence to target core strength, balance postures, hip openers and abdominal strengtheners. The session finishes with a deep relaxation.

The body is taken through its full range of movement in a continuous flowing sequence, lengthening and strengthening key muscles.
Unlike many other yoga systems regular attendance increases strength in both external and core muscles resulting in a balanced, lean and sculptured body.
